Roller machine

Briquetting machine is a equipment for briquetting of small-sized materials. The largest specific pressure of pressing distinguish briquettin machines of low and medium (20-100 MPa), high (100-150 MPa) and high pressure (200 to 500 MPa). The first group consists of crystallizers, table and rotary press, to the second - galleries, the third - ring. Crystallizers, table and rotary briquetting machines apply for briquetting coals, ores and ore concentrates, industrial waste, etc., galleries briquetting machines for briquetting of young brown coal, and peat, ring - for mature brown coal. The industry is mainly used crystallizers, restaurants and galleries briquetting machines.

Roller machine consists of the frame, on which are mounted one or two pairs of rollers, the distribution of the cup and of the drive. On rims rollers are mounted steel tyres with milled on their surface in staggered cells in the form of symmetric half form briquettes. Pressing the charge is happening in the space between the rotating towards each other rollers (pic. 1).

To increase the pressure of pressing, reduce the flow of binders and improvement of physics-mechanical properties of briquettes on rollers set dispensers (vertical auger, centrifugal feeders, etc.), providing pre-seal briquetting of charge and increasing the pressure up to 100 MPa. Production rate (for coal) up to 5 t/h.
